musicals redux

Like Lost Musicals in London, Encores or Musicals in Mufti in New York, and 42nd Street Moon in San Francisco, CCM’s Musicals Redux aims to revive forgotten gems from the treasure-house of American musical theatre. The productions are simple, with no props, no costumes, no scenery, and little in the way of technical support. They are not presented through digitally‑engineered sound systems. Musical accom-paniment is by piano alone. The material itself is the star, presented with creative staging and choreography. The emphasis is wholly on the work and its interpretation by our young artists.
