Duane Dugger Duane Dugger is currently the Third Horn in the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra. A member since 1991, Duane has played Principal Horn on over 13 CD's with the Cincinnati Symphony and the Cincinnati Pops Orchestras. Duane also is currently the Principal Horn with the Cincinnati Chamber Orchestra. Before coming to Cincinnati, Duane played Principal Horn with the Memphis Symphony Orchestra for four seasons. Before being a member of the Memphis Symphony, Mr. Dugger was playing with the San Diego Symphony, and playing Principal horn with the San Diego Opera. He was also a member of the San Diego Chamber Orchestra. Mr. Dugger turned professional at seventeen and was playing extra with the San Diego Symphony at that time. Duane studied with George Cable, Jim Decker, Wendel Hoss, Jerry Folsom and Bobby Routch.
