Conservatory Domain
Account Generation
If you are a matriculated CCM student or are enrolled in a CCM course for the current quarter, a domain account will be automaticly created for you. Please allow up to three working days after you register for your account to be created.
Default Password
Your default password is will be your full birthdate followed by the letters "Ccm". If you were born January 15, 1990 then your password will be "01151990Ccm" without the quotes.
Password Complexity Requirements
CCM requires all passwords to meet certain complexity requirements. This is to prevent people from guessing your password
- Passwords may not contain your username or your full name
- Passwords may not be more then 90 days old
- Passwords must contain at least 3 out of the 4 requirements:
- Capital letter
- lowercase letters
- Number
- Special symbols
- Passwords must contain at least 8 characters
- Passwords may not be your previous 5 passwords or be varieations of your previous 5. This means you cannot simply add a 1 or a 5 to your previous password.
You may change your password from any computer currently on the domain or from our Password change website or stop by the Helpdesk in room 3207 for help in changing your password. If you continously recieve the error "Password does not meet complexity requirements" or the form windows shakes, please select a brand new password, not related any anything you have previously tried.
Account Lockout
Your account will become locked out after 4 unsucessfully attempts. When your account has been locked out you will be unable to logon for 10 minutes.
